During last week’s school board meeting, North Shelby Superintendent Kim Gaines asked board members to start thinking about what they would like to see on a bond issue.

Gaines has a couple of options for what could be placed on a April ballot.

North Shelby’s last bond issue was passed in 2017. The district will have to decide what to present to voters by January if it were to be placed on the April 2021 ballot.
