One of the advantages of the Moberly School District, according to new Superintendent Dr. Tim Roling, is that while the district is larger than where he is serving now, it’s still small enough to where he can spend time in the individual buildings meeting the faculty and students.

Roling says he is also looking forward to establishing relationships with the delegation that represents this area in the General Assembly. Lawmakers are hoping to fully fund the foundation formula again, and are also considering an increase in funding for transportation.

Roling, who is the current Cole Camp R-I School District Superintendent, will replace Dr. Matt Miller July 1st. Miller is set to become the new superintendent at Kearney.
