New Moberly Fire Chief Don Ryan started April 5th. Ryan shares his goals for the department.
Ryan also serves as Moberly’s emergency management director.
Ryan accepted the Moberly fire chief position after almost 29 years with the Burlington, Iowa, Fire Department. The Arthur, Illinois, native elevated to deputy chief in Burlington.
