Brent Parsons has been named the new Chief Executive Officer at Moberly Regional Medical Center, effective January 6th. Parsons comes to Moberly from Bluffton Regional Medical Center in Bluffton, Indiana, where he has served as CEO since 2016. Ranee Brayton, current CEO at MRMC, will return to Northeast Regional Medical Center on a full-time basis.

As CEO at Bluffton Regional Medical Center, Parsons helped the hospital maintain strong patient satisfaction, increased admissions by expanding services and recruited more primary care providers and specialists to the community. He previously served as Assistant CEO and Administrative Specialist for Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Parsons began his career a Revenue Cycle Consultant for Accretive Health.

Parsons earned a bachelor’s of business administration, with an emphasis in finance, at Brigham Young University. He earned an MHA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities School of Public Health.
