National Farmers Union Selects New Vice President

Delegates at this year’s National Farmers Union convention have elected a new vice president.  Jeff Kippley of South Dakota won the support of delegates this week, beginning his term at the conclusion of NFU’s convention in Denver.  Kippley succeeds Patty Edelberg of Wisconsin and will serve a two-year term.  NFU President Rob Larew was elected to a second two-year term.  In his speech to delegates, Larew said that he was honored to, “continue the fight for fairness on behalf of America’s farm families and their communities.”  He also called it a privilege to represent the organization.
