The Monroe City School District is still in the process of putting in the new agriculture building. Superintendent Dr. Tracy Bottoms says everything is running smoothly related to that portion of the project.

Once the agriculture building is up, the next phase of the project will begin.

The project is being funded by a 43-cent tax increase bond issue approved by district voters this past April.
