Monroe City Drops To Seventh

Monroe City’s loss to Brookfield Friday caused the Panthers to slip another four places in the rankings to seventh in Class 1 this week. Four teams each moved up one, including Harrisburg, now sixth. Marceline is getting votes. Hallsville is still third and Bowling Green is still tenth in Class 2. In Class 3, Boonville climbed two spots to fourth, Blair Oaks climbed one to sixth, and Mexico climbed one to ninth. Jason Ambroson’s Smithville team remains on top of Class 4, and Hannibal is up one to third. Helias is eighth in Class 5. Curtis Jasper’s Joplin team is ranked 3rd in Class 6.
