Monroe City Boy Injured in ATV Accident

A Monroe City boy suffered moderate injuries in an ATV accident in Ralls County Saturday night. The State Highway Patrol says the 12-year-old was on Clinton Place, about two miles northeast of the Clarence Cannon Dam, around 9:30, when he lost control and overturned. He was taken to Hannibal.
