MoDOT Preparing for Winter

MoDOT is busy preparing for the upcoming winter season. And as area engineer Brian Untiedt pointed out on KWIXLand This morning, there are a variety of options for treating and clearing roads.
That took place during MoDOT’s winter operations drill earlier this month.
In an average winter, MoDOT employees will plow about six million miles of snow and ice.
