Moberly Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno says the other is simply an extension.

Crane says neither would be an increase.

West-Calcagno says this will allow some much-needed work to take place, over a period of years.

For the proposal to appear on the ballot, formal information must be submitted to the county clerk by next month.
