Moberly voters said yes to two measures that will directly benefit the utilities; continuing a capital improvement sales tax, and also allowing the city to issue revenue bonds in the amount of 18 million dollars. Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno thanked voters.

While the projects will take place over a period of years, West-Calcagno outlines a couple of the more immediate ones.

Every project does have a process before it can begin.

Both measures were approved by well over a two-to-one margin.
