Moberly Utilities Plans Capital Projects on Route JJ and Sparks Avenue in 2022

Moberly Public Utilities plans to perform about 10 capital projects next year, including sewer service and water line replacements. Utilities Director Dana Ulmer offers a timeline.
Ulmer notes one of the major projects runs up Route JJ. The utilities director says Moberly will also provide sewer service to part of Sparks Avenue next year.
