Moberly to Host Centralia in Battle of District Foes

Moberly will host Centralia Tuesday at Omar Bradley Field in a battle of potential district opponents. The Spartans have already surpassed their win total form the past two seasons in coach Tony Vestal’s first year in charge. Vestal says his team has proven to be a cohesive unit this season.

With a large roster and a solid mix of underclassmen, Vestal says they’ve developed some solid depth within the team.

Tuesday’s game is part of a stretch of five games in six days for the Spartans. Centralia and Moberly met last season in the opening round of district play.
