Moberly School Board Approves Budget, Looks at Reopening

New Moberly School Board members Scott Head, Heather Cleavinger and Brett Soendker, and returning member Dan Wilcox were all sworn in Tuesday following last week’s municipal election. Bobby Riley was again chosen board president, with Amy Hager vice president, and Wilcox treasurer. The board was also given an update on the district’s reopening plan. While a firm timeline for when the plan will be finalized has not been set, the district will be looking for input from the public.

The Moberly School Board also approved the new budget for the district.
