Moberly Public Works Director Tom Sanders says the first cold and snow event of the season was challenging.
And using supplies this early in the season is something Sanders had hoped to avoid.
Some additional supplies have been ordered.
Sanders says it typically takes about eight hours to clear the city during a snow event.
