Moberly Proud of Rothwell Park

Even in the winter months, Moberly’s Rothwell Park receives significant use from area residents. Parks and Recreation department Director Troy Bock says that includes the trails.

Bock says the park contains many beautiful scenes.

Bock says some people even use the playground equipment during some of the milder winter weather.
