Moberly Midget League Still Planning on a Season

Moberly Midget League roots go back to the Church League, which started in 1950. Smothers is seeking help in promoting the history through a Hall of Fame….

Smothers says original Hall of Fame members are Frank Richardson, Jack Brown, Peanuts Vestal, and John Bill Stone. The late Rick Andrews is also remembered.

In a statement on their website, the Moberly Midget League plans to play a full 12 game season. A start date is unclear, but the target date is as close to May 15 as possible.
