Moberly Middle School Student Takes Third at Mizzou Song Writing Competition

Moberly Middle School eighth grader Brody Vestal recently placed third in a Mizzou song writing competition.
Vestal won 500 dollars for his song ‘On Fire’.
It was in the “Popular Genres – Acoustic” category. Vestal says he draws inspiration from music he listens to.
Vestal will receive an award at the Creating Original Music Project Festival at Mizzou this weekend.
