Moberly Meter Replacement Project Almost Complete

Moberly Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno says early this year, the entire water meter replacement project will be complete.

And that should take place by early to mid-February. During KWIXLand This Morning, West-Calcagno outlined how they will also be upgrading utility billing software.

About 5,700 meters are being replaced.
