Moberly Meter Project More Than 30% Complete

The meter replacement project in Moberly is about 30% complete. Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno says there are about 5,300 water meters of various sizes that are being changed.
Close to 175 meters are being changed daily with the hope of the project being completed by early December.
