MOBERLY MAN REYNOLDS NOW FACES 31 CHARGES

A Moberly man, accused by five girls between the ages of six and 13 of sexual contact and making them watch pornographic videos, now faces 31 charges. Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Luntsford had originally charged 43-year-old Scotty Gene Reynolds with 25 felonies.
According to court documents, the charges are for incidents alleged to have taken place in Randolph County since January. However, the girls told police more incidents took place in the state of Florida prior to this year.
Luntsford says these can be emotional cases.
Reynolds, who is represented by Moberly Attorney Gillis Leonard, has a preliminary hearing Friday morning. The suspect was taken into custody in Springfield in August and bond has been set at $100,000, cash only.
