A Moberly man was killed in an officer involved shooting in Jefferson City Monday afternoon. The Jefferson City Police Department reports conducting a traffic stop on an SUV in the 3700 block of West Truman Boulevard around 1:45pm. Two officers approached the passenger side of the SUV and the driver, 32-year-old Clay Willingham of Moberly, produced a rifle.
