Moberly Man Charged With Second Degree Murder

A Moberly man was charged with second-degree murder Monday for the death of a Moberly resident in January. A Moberly Police Department investigation revealed the resident died from an overdose of fentanyl, which was allegedly supplied by Dustin K. Pool. Pool is currently incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
