A Moberly man faces charges for allegedly shooting at a house last Sunday. 23-year-old Alshaun Oliver was arrested Thursday afternoon. The probable cause statement says police responded to a house in the 800 block of Bond Street on Sunday. The resident said she had heard a loud noise overnight, and in the morning found a bullet hole in her window and a bullet on the floor. Police also found a second residence with damage. Oliver later told police he had fired a warning shot during a confrontation with the resident of another house on that block. Oliver faces charges of first degree assault and armed criminal action. He was taken to the Randolph County Jail, held on 100 thousand dollars bond.
