A Moberly man was arrested following reports of fireworks being shot at the Taco Bell on North Morley Thursday night. Moberly Police report officers were called there around 10:20, with witnesses reporting two men shooting fireworks at the building and disrupting the business. An officer attempted to speak with them about the reported complaint. One of the men, 23 year old Raymondre Daniels of Moberly, refused to speak with the officer and refused to identify himself. The officer began to detain him at which time he became combative and attempted to resist and pull away from the officer. The officer gained control and placed him on the ground. Daniels was found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Adair County.
