Moberly Issued Notice by DNR

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued a violation notice to the city of Moberly Thursday for a wastewater basin near East Rollins and Highway 63. The city has 30 days to come up with a plan to mitigate the sewage odors coming from the basin. The city says a lack of rain has kept the wastewater from being diluted.
