Moberly Hosts Mexico For Courtwarming

Moberly welcomes Mexico for its courtwarming Friday. Asa Fanning is expected to play again for the Lady Spartans after missing a couple games in concussion protocol. Tony Vestal’s team clinched the NCMC outright with a win over Marshall Tuesday.

Despite a 61-29 win for the Lady Spartans two weeks ago, Mexico coach Ed Costley thought his team played a clean game.

The Mexico boys suffered a crucial conference loss to Fulton Tuesday. Coach Darren Pappas said his team was plagued by a slow start.

Mexico beat Moberly 83-53 in the last meeting. Spartan coach Brett Boyer could be without key players.
