Moberly Grad Buntin Named New DNR Leader

Moberly High School graduate Dru Buntin was named by Governor Mike Parson as the new director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. He served as the deputy director for more than four years and has been the acting director since former director Carol Comer’s death in June. Overall, Buntin has been with the DNR for 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in Missouri state government. Buntin earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science at Mizzou.
