Moberly Fire Department to Undergo More Ice Rescue Training

Moberly interim fire chief Jerry Washam says while they don’t get to put the ice rescue training into practice often, it’s important to be prepared.

Additional training is set to take place.

Authorities encourage people who witness someone who has fallen through the ice, to call 911 immediately, and not to venture out onto the ice. There are some images from the ice rescue training on the Moberly Fire Department’s Facebook page.
