Moberly Expanding Search for New City Manager

Monday’s Moberly City Council meeting marked the first for Randall Thompson as interim city manager. Thompson is taking on the role following the departure of Brian Crane, who’d served the position for the past eight years.

Thompson is taking on the interim city manager role along with his duties as Moberly City Counselor. Strategic Government Resources Inc. of Keller, Texas, will help with the search for a new city manager.

The search is expected to take one to six months.
