Moberly Council Updated on Meter Replacement Project

Moberly Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno says the water meter replacement project is about to take a big step forward.
She says the goal is to make sure the people who use the water are the ones paying for it.
West-Calcagno says it is a performance-based contract.
The Moberly City Council was given an update on the project Monday.
