Moberly Council Officially Removes Emergency Declaration

The Moberly City Council has officially removed the emergency declaration that was put in place over a year ago. City Manager Brian Crane says it was initially approved at the beginning of the pandemic.

The measure was put in place March 23rd, 2020.

The Moberly City Council also approved moving forward with a hotel market study and feasibility analysis.
