Moberly City Council Hears Presentation On April Bond Issue

Moberly Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno outlines the April ballot issues to the city council
During a presentation to the Moberly City Council Monday night, Utilities Director Mary West-Calcagno outlined the two measures voters will decide during the April election.
West-Calcagno says this is not a tax increase and no additional rate increases are planned to help pay for the projects. The interest rate for this work is expected to be well under two percent.
Both measures need a simple majority for passage.
