Moberly Council Discusses Airport Project and Grant Funding

A significant upgrade to the Omar Bradley Airport in Moberly is expected to begin next year. Public Works Director Tom Sanders says the city council looked at the financial piece of the project during a work session last week.

Sanders says this is important work.

So the entire runway needs to be shifted.

The grant for the project at the airport is for 5.47 million dollars.
