Moberly City Council Approves Parking Regulation Change

The Moberly City Council has approved a parking regulation change designed to assist restaurants in the downtown area. Public Works Director Tom Sanders says this gives dine-in restaurants in the downtown district the ability to make applications for a single designated short-term parking space in front of their business.

The city would install a small pole and sign identifying the short-term space and the hours that it’s in effect.

There would be a $100 fee for a yearly permit.
