Moberly City Council Approves Agreements for Infill Development

The Moberly City Council has approved two cooperative agreements for infill development for properties at 707 South 5th Street and 504 Gilman Street. City Manager Brian Crane says this is a great development opportunity.
Both agreements are with Radmer Construction LLC of Hallsville. Crane says this is part of a larger focus on infill housing in Moberly.
A construction plan for each project has been submitted with the Moberly City Council.
