Schnurbusch says the processing trailer, along with a storefront trailer, seek to address a critical need in the meat supply chain.

Teagan Schnurbusch of the University of Missouri’s Division of Animal Sciences says plans are still in development as to how processors and other schools can set up times for the trailers to stop and provide training.  The trailers were funded with a grant from the Missouri Department of Agriculture.
