Missouri Wheat Acreage Increases, Along With Hay

Garino says even with the increases in soy and wheat acreage, he was more surprised by the projected five-percent jump in hay acreage.

In total, Missouri farmers plan to plant 14.3 million acres of crops this season, up five percent from last year.  That will include 189,000 acres of rice and 50,000 acres of oats.
