Missouri Supreme Court Issues New Face Mask Operating Order for Courts

The Missouri Supreme Court has issued a new operating order during the ongoing pandemic. The new order features mandated face masks for everyone in the court and in the court commons area. Additionally, court employees are to wear face coverings when they have contact with the public and with each other. The goal of the order is to make safety protocols more uniform among the different circuits.
