Missouri FFA marks another year of development and increased participation. Just over 26-thousand students in the state are active in a chapter, and state adviser Leon Busdieker says more schools are adding FFA programs.

Busdieker and his ag education colleagues at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education are also guiding the FFA state officer team in preparing for the state convention, set for April 23rd and 24th in Columbia.

National FFA Week continues through Saturday.
