Hawkins says with Missouri’s bicentennial this summer, the program will also recognize “Founding Farms” that have existed for at least two centuries.

The Missouri Century Farms program has recognized more than eight-thousand farms since its inception in 1976. Details and the application can be found on the University of Missouri Extension website.
