A Vandalia woman 81-year-old Mildred Bernice “Millie” Dowell died on Saturday at an area care center.

VANDALIA service for 81-year-old Mildred Bernice “Millie” Dowell will be Tuesday morning at 11 at the Bienhoff Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mt.Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 until 11 at the funeral home.
