Milan School District Looking To Fill Clark’s Dual Role

While the Milan School District is preparing to fill its superintendent vacancy later this month, there are two other positions that will need a new face. Milan’s athletic director and assistant principal roles will be vacant after Tyler Clark was named the next superintendent of the Northwestern R-1 School District in Mendon. Current Milan Superintendent Dr. Ben Yocom explains the approach to filling Clark’s positions.

Clark had served in both positions at Milan for four years. Yocom says Clark did a solid job balancing both of his roles.

Applications for Milan’s assistant principal vacancy are expected to be open throughout the month of January.
