Milan School District Exploring Future Building Projects

Earlier this year the Milan School District went out for bid for the construction of four new elementary school classrooms. However, the bids came back higher than expected. Superintendent Dr. Ben Yocom says they are preparing to re-bid for the project.

Yocom adds they do have an alternative plan for this round of bidding.

The district has also begun exploring a major building project for the future.

The current Milan High School building dates back to 1925. The district has begun exploring potential building sites on its campus.
