Milan School Board Approves Meal Price Increases

The Milan School District will have higher meal prices next school year. This comes after the district hasn’t charged for meals for the past two years. Superintendent Dr. Ben Yocom says they’re attempting to keep the prices reasonable.

Adult meals will be three-dollars-and-fifty-cents, which is a 50-cent increase. Yocom explains how the adult meal price increase was configured.

The district will be mailing informational pamphlets on the increases to parents and community members.
