A Milan man was booked for DWI, driving while suspended, and failure to drive on the right side of the road following an accident Saturday night that left him with moderate injuries. The State Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Thomas Miller’s SUV went off the road, and overturned onto its side in a creek on Sullivan River Road two miles west of Milan around 7:30. He was taken to Milan, then transferred to Columbia for his injuries.
