Milan Looking to Add New Ordinances

The Milan City Council is considering two new ordinances. City Administrator Crystal Bupp says one of the ordinances involves abandoned properties within the city limits.
The second deals with what livestock can be allowed inside city limits.
The city council could finalize both ordinances at the next meeting on October 3rd.
