The City of Mexico will soon be replacing an elevator at city hall. Mexico City Manager Bruce Slagle says inspectors determined the current elevator doesn’t meet current safety or ADA standards. The work will cause some disruptions at city hall.

The city included nearly 156 thousand dollars in the budget for the work. The work is tentatively scheduled to be finished in January.
