Our Hawkins Harrison Insurance Endzone Player of the Week was part of a state record. Quarterback Dayton Mettes and the North Shelby offense outscored top ranked Pattonsburg 92-88 for the most combined points ever scored in a Missouri high school football game. Mettes ran for 240 yards and four touchdowns and threw for 120 yards and three touchdowns.
