Meadville Still Number One In Latest MBCA Poll

Meadville is still number one in the latest MBCA Girls Basketball Class 1 Poll released on New Year’s Day. Cairo is ranked 7th. Higbee is tied for 10th, and Green City is receiving votes. The Montgomery County team that lost for the first time to Moberly on Saturday night is 3rd in the Class 3 Poll. Palmyra is ranked 6th and sister CCC schools Centralia and South Shelby are receiving votes. Moberly is still 10th in the Class 4 Poll. Chillicothe is ranked 3rd and Boonville is receiving votes. Rock Bridge is ranked 4th in Class 6 and Hickman is receiving votes. There are no area teams in the Class 2 and Class 5 Polls. Helias is receiving votes in Class 5.
